MMA Program

MMA1PHF Karate offers a MMA program that covers all elements of the fight. Mondays are spent covering No-Gi submissions, position changes and sweeps. Tuesdays incorporate a bag work out along with mitts and drills focusing on boxing. Wednesdays focus on punching and kicking combination drills and sparring. Then Thursdays are dedicated to wrestling techniques.So come in and train to get in shape, to compete or just for the love of the sport.
