We are pleased to announce the introduction of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu here at PHF Karate. We are now a proud chapter of the Mario Roberto Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy out of Rochester, Mn. I started training with Mario back in 2008 along with my son Calvin Grube. In the summer of 2012 I received my blue belt from Mario Roberto and now we are finally ready to offer traditional BJJ right here in Mason City.
